Your item doesn't suit you?

You have 15 days to decide. 

All items must be returned to us in their original packaging and condition. The return costs are at your charge, so you can choose the shipping company of your choice. We advise you to choose a tracked shipping method. 

*Except for defective items or pieces that do not conform to the order that was placed, which will be returned at Charlie Joe's expense.

*In case the item has been damaged by the carrier (damaged package on arrival), please do not accept the delivery or get a certificate of damage from the carrier.

STEP 1

Access your order history from your Charlie Joe account.

STEP 2

Select the product(s) you wish to return by checking the box next to their name(s).

STEP 3

Specify the quantity of product(s) to be returned (if multiple quantities of the same product are to be returned).

STEP N°4

Add an explanation (in the "Returned Goods" section) so that we understand why the order is being returned. And generate the return request.

We will confirm the return request on our side. 

Once validated, you will receive the email containing the return confirmation, to put in your return package. 

The item(s) accompanied by the return form must be returned to the following address:

Please note that without your return form we cannot identify your return and cannot refund you. 

Once the item has been received and verified, the Charlie Joe team will contact you to find out your choice (refund, credit note or exchange). Without any response from you within 7 working days, a refund of the amount of the returned piece will be made to the bank account or payment account used when the piece was purchased.
